The Maternity Nurse
This is a service we provide for new parents. It involves a Maternity Nurse coming to your home for a short time, usually between two and six weeks, to give support and advice on caring for newborn babies and they will help you to get you and your child in to a routine.
Parents who have children already also use this service to help them with the siblings as well as the baby. Most Maternity Nurses live in for the duration of their post and will take over the night time feeding to give new parents a well earned sleep.
Maternity Nurses are self employed, the wage you pay them is gross and they are responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
