know how important it is to find the right family to work for, and we know that childcare is a lot more than just a job, that is why we aim to match our staff and clients so the needs of both parties are met.
We interview all potential staff so we can discuss the type of position you are looking for and go through your childcare experience.
We also provide nannies with a number of different services and are always happy to offer advice and support on all aspects of childcare and employment issues. The service we provide to childcare professionals include:
Ongoing support and advice, including sample contracts, local activities and places to visit.
Details regarding childcare courses and career development.
Information on first aid courses in the local area, which can be booked through Select Nanny & Babysitting Service
Regular newsletters, to keep you up to date with any important issues, such as the Childcare approval scheme.
Regular evenings out to socialise with other nannies and babysitters.
The Babysitting Service
The Babysitting Service which provides an opportunity to earn extra money, including;
Minimum number of hours paid
Travel allowance
Cancellation fee payable from the client for cancelling within 24 hours of booking.
We only send babysitters out to new clients once the family has registered with Select Nanny & Babysitting Service and the babysitter has met them before the first evening. We may send out babysitters where this has not been possible, only if the new client has been recommended by an existing Client.
Select Nanny & Babysitting Service are always looking for good quality Nannies, Babysitters, Maternity Nurses, Mothers help and temporary staff.
