A Nanny
is a chilcare professional that will care for your child/children in your own home.
The majority of Nannies on our books are qualified professionals within the child care sector. We also accept Nannies with proven experience within the industry.
A full time Nanny works on average 50 hours per week and is in sole charge of the children in her care. Her duties include all aspects of childcare i.e washing children’s clothes, cooking healthy meals, changing nappies, dressing, cleaning children’s bedrooms, changing their beds, but the most important job a Nanny does is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of her charges at all times.
An experienced or qualified Nanny will ensure a varied and stimulating week for the children is provided, for example, they may organize swimming sessions, library visits, trips to the park and many other activities as appropriate for the child’s age and stage of development.
The Nanny will carry out any routine or activities the parents require the children to be involved in, usually parental consent would be given before outside activities are undertaken.
We provide part time Nannies as well who will do everything as described above to the best of her ability within the time frame she works for
