To be accepted by Select Nanny & Babysitting Service, all candidates have to meet our criteria which ensures we supply quality staff to all our clients
- All candidates must be qualified and/or have experience within the childcare sector.

- We require all candidates to attend an interview.

- Staff must have a police check or be willing to have one.
|
- We need to see references from all past employers and telephone numbers and addresses must be supplied. We require a minimum of three referee’s details. We will contact three referees for a verbal reference, or ask them to complete a reference form.

- We need to see two forms of identification. One of which must have a photograph
|
- Candidates must supply an up to date C.V. showing all past employment with no unexplained gaps.
|
- All candidates are advised to gain a first aid certificate.
|
- We will take photo copies of all certificates, references and CV’s for each applicants file.
|
- Select Nanny and Babysitting Service will not send any candidate for interviews until all the required criteria has been met.
