I'd highly recommend Select Nanny Service, I used them to help with two young children (4  year old and 18 month old) after an operation. They were very understanding, flexible and listened to my requirements which gave me  the confidence and reassurance to recover in my own time. We have used Select Nanny & Babysitting Service for providing Evening babysitters & occasional daytime childcare for our six-year-old daughter for the last 3 years. We have always found the service excellent, professional & efficient. Generally, the agency try to book the same sitters with the same families wherever possible. Where a different sitter needs to be booked for some reason, we are always told the name & background (including references & police checks) of the person, & given the option to choose an alternative if we want to (though we never have wanted to do so). Every sitter we have had has been reliable, friendly & caring. I have no hesitation in leaving my daughter in the care of someone booked through Select & would thoroughly recommend this service to any parent.

I just wanted to thank you for the Nanny service you provided at our wedding in April. This was one of the only things I hadn't organised in the last week leading up to the wedding, and you managed to organise the crèche and nannies at very short notice. I wasn't too sure at first, if many of the guests would use the service, however nearly all did and thought it was fantastic. All the kids that went along throroughly enjoyed themselves and the parents had some time to themselves.
